A Deluxe room can accommodate a small sitting area (armchairs or a chaise lounge) apart from the bed because it is usually 20–30% larger than a basic room.
Bath
Usually includes a dedicated seating area (armchair or chaise) to lounge without sitting on the bed.

Better views (higher floors or garden-facing) and more aesthetic interior design.

Payment Conditions
1. Reservation & Deposit
To secure your stay at the Villa, a non-refundable down payment of 20% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been successfully processed.
2. Final Payments for Balances
Standard Bookings: 60 days before your planned arrival date, the remaining 80% amount must be paid.
3.Last-Minute Reservations: The entire amount (100%) is required at the time of booking if your reservation is made within 20 days of your arrival date.
