Payment Condtions
1. Reservation & Deposit
To secure your stay at the Villa, a non-refundable down payment of 20% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been successfully processed.
2. Final Payments for Balances
Standard Bookings: 60 days before your planned arrival date, the remaining 80% amount must be paid.
3.Last-Minute Reservations: The entire amount (100%) is required at the time of booking if your reservation is made within 20 days of your arrival date.

7.Check: Cashier’s or personal checks are accepted; however, they must be cleared 14 days prior to the deadline for the final balance.
